Family therapy provides a non-judgemental space for each member of the family to examine the negative patterns that may be blocking the family from reaching optimum emotional health. Our therapists are trained in helping each family member identify and understand how their beliefs and behaviors impact the other members of the family. Through facilitating positive communication, our therapists guide the family towards healing from past difficulties and assist the family to create more positive interactional patterns that will nourish their growth, help strengthen family attachment and restore connectedness.
