Individual Therapy

The key to being able to build relationships with others is having a healthy relationship with yourself. In individual therapy, our goal is to provide you with an emotionally safe space for you to share your thoughts. The pandemic has required us to remain socially distant from each other. This has resulted in feelings of isolation and loneliness for many people.

Our virtual space enables us to connect you with our therapists and assist you in working through some of these distressful thoughts which will leave you feeling heard and understood.  Together we explore new and different ways of thinking so that your authentic self can emerge and thrive in a more rewarding way.
