When you are struggling with a mental health problem, reaching out is not easy. It is hard to share when times are tough, however talking about it can really help. I support people working with mood disorders, stress, worry, burnout and addiction. I have a special interest in eating disorders, emotional eating and body image issues. I seek to help you restore your mental health and improve your overall quality of life. As a Registered Psychotherapist, my goal is to help you work through these problems in a private, safe and confidential space.

My goal is to help every member of our community to have a safe space to work through their challenges, regardless of the root of trauma. I am non-judgmental and committed to being a catalyst to help reach your desired goals through the course of treatment. I focus on clients who deal with trauma, general symptomatic concerns, and constructing self-care strategies. Moreover, I work with professionals who deal with stress in management, work environments, and improving their quality of life to reduce symptoms of mental health challenges.
Having a safe space to share your internal thoughts and feelings allow for us to cultivate an empathetic and judgment-free therapeutic relationship.

My experience working with victims of substance abuse and as a crisis counsellor has allowed me to grasp a plethora of knowledge in the field of mental health. My education and experience combined remains a pivotal asset in assisting those in their healing journey. I’m highly empathic and I value the time spent connecting with my clients. My goal is to help rejuvenate the lives of those struggling or feeling victimized by their situation. I have a holistic approach and work with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, ADHD, Addiction, grief and more. I’m eager to begin this journey and work alongside multifaceted professionals.

We are all on our own journey and sometimes things can get difficult. It takes strength to seek therapy and I am here to help with your healing journey. I am passionate about helping others and have experience working with individuals that have various concerns such as anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with individuals that have physical conditions that impact their psychological well-being. My approach is client centred, as I believe that people are experts in their own lives. I am empathetic, compassionate, non-judgemental, and have unconditional positive regard for my clients. During our time together, I will be fully present while you share your story. I know that you are doing the best that you can and want to improve. I draw on cognitive-behavioural, dialectical-behavioural, and mindfulness interventions to treat my clients.
